We offer a hassle-free returns policy. To be eligible for a return, If you have any quality issues, size problem, colour issue or damages can be returned. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers are provided with a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange, subject to specific conditions. To begin the process, please contact our dedicated customer service team, who will respond promptly within 24 hours to assist you.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect sizes or colors on clothing orders. It’s crucial to ensure you select the correct size before placing your order. Exchanges

For size exchanges, you can request a replacement at no extra charge, but customers will need to cover handling and shipping costs.

If there’s a defect with the item (like color, size, or design), return and exchange are available. Just email us within 7 working days with a photo of the issue, and our team will handle the process and keep you updated.

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation fees for jacket orders vary based on timing:

  • Within 3 days: 25% deduction
  • Within 7 days: 45% deduction
  • No cancellations accepted after 7 days from order verification.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
